The book deals with electromagnetic field theory in the case of time-varying or dynamic fields. Prerequisites include knowledge of the basics of scalar functional differential and integral calculus. The study of static fields will help to understand dynamic fields and related engineering applications. Static fields are discussed in the first part of the book. The book is primarily intended for use by undergraduate students of electrical engineering at universities of technology, but is also suitable for university physics students and students of electrical engineering at universities of applied sciences.
