Jacques de Sève was an 18th-century French illustrator, draughtsman, and engraver. He created illustrations of quadrupeds for the book Histoire naturelle, générale et particulière (1749–1778). His works are often noted for their detailed anatomical accuracy combined with artistic composition, depicting animals within naturalistic landscapes.
