After his term as president, Lennart Meri traveled a lot and continued to give political speeches as a "spokesman for Estonia" both at home and in many other countries.

From these multilingual and versatile speeches, Toomas Hiio and Mart Meri, as the last relatives, compiled the book "Political Testament".
