"The White Line Over Võrumaa" is Jaan Kaplinski’s third collection of poems, published in Tallinn in 1972. The collection contains 54 poems written between 1967 and 1968.

Despite the book’s title, the poems most frequently mention Tartu and the Emajõgi River.

Four graphic prints by Enno Ootsing were placed between the poems.
