Rainer Saks, the former head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, has been publishing daily analyzes of war events in Ukraine on Facebook since February 17. The author of the texts has 20 years of work experience for the Republic of Estonia in the field of security policy. Therefore, his war diary became one of the most readable public information sources in Estonia, which brought out the most important events and assessments of what was happening out of the frenzied noise of information.
