Kuriteoohvrite uuring 2009

The present study is the fifth consecutive victimization survey conducted in Estonia. Although the organizers of the study and the frequency of its execution have varied over the years, the analysis of the victim's perspective has found a distinct place among the criminological studies conducted in Estonia. The previous study, the International Crime Victims Survey in Estonia 2004 (Saar et al. 2005), served as the inaugural publication of the series of criminal policy studies.
