The first Estonian-language study of European Union law, compiled by an Estonian author, discusses the sources of supranational European Community law and emerging European Union law, as well as their relationship with national internal law on one hand and international law on the other. The author finds that the constantly evolving community law is far from normative order and proposes solutions for the development of the legal system.
