Meesteta küla : romaan

A difficult time of war changes people, especially when they are torn out of everything they were used to in their peacetime life and thrown into a completely new situation, as was the case with the evacuated Estonians in the Village Without Men. They are all people from different environments, with different ways of thinking and expressions of will.

Thus, the idea of the novel is the gradual coming of people from the narrow world of thought of personal life to the broad field of the extremely difficult but fair struggle for a socialist society.
