Ego : [romaan]

Kadri Kõusaare's first novel "Ego" overcomes several literary contrasts. If literati distinguish between "linguists" and "life experts", Kõusaar, who is studying Spanish language and literature at the University of Tartu, gives his eyes to the majority of people close to life. Kõusaar is a world traveler, not an armchair scholar. Knowing the situation here well, he also has a much broader cultural perception and treats all social strata with steely sympathy. At the same time, his style is exceptionally lively, the intensity of "Ego" comes from a lot of witty images and parables. Thus, the work is of interest to both the connoisseur of ideas and the simple reader.
