The book by Viktor Kingissepa (1888-1922) was written in 1918 after the conclusion of the peace of Brest and is dedicated to Estonian workers and peasants. This work has been evaluated as one of the star works of Estonian revolutionary journalism, instilling in readers the belief that the progressive development of history is inevitable, that the ultimate goal of the working people is a socialist society free from all oppression.
