Kaarel Robert Pusta (1883–1964) was an Estonian diplomat, politician, and journalist. He played a significant role in the international recognition of the Republic of Estonia after its declaration of independence in 1918. Pusta served as Estonia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and represented the country as a diplomat in several European states and international organizations, including the League of Nations. He was also active as a publicist and later lived in exile, continuing to advocate for Estonian independence during the Soviet occupation.
