Konkurentsipoliitika Euroopa Liidus ja Eestis

Competition is the engine of a market economy. The state must ensure its smooth operation. In a transition economy, competition first had to be created. Now it must be protected from both private and public restrictions, mitigated from unintentional failures, and replaced with other mechanisms only where it truly does not work. The Estonian state will soon have to fulfill these tasks within the European Union.
