The book deals with the construction and building of individual houses, summer cottages, garden houses, and small saunas, taking into account our construction traditions, current design regulations, and the available inventory of construction materials. In doing so, the focus has been on the rationality of structures – minimal material and labor costs, building durability, ease of operation, and cost-effectiveness, as well as the conservation of natural resources.

The book is intended for everyone involved in the construction of small houses, but especially for non-specialist self-builders.
